Furniture that is as old as a teenager is probably in need of repairs, resurfacing or replacement.
Then again it might be worth big bucks to an antiques dealer who does some refinishing work as well.
If the stuff I had as a teenager were a bit more toney, it would probably be antique by now.
I know quite a bit about it, why do you ask?
The benefits of teenage bedroom furniture are that the teenagers don't have to sleep on the floor, they have somewhere to put their clothes and alarm clock, and somewhere for their friends to sit.
