driver's licence expired

I am 64 yrs old deaf man, I work hard at UPS for 9 yrs and UPS went slow down and cutting hours to 3.5 hrs day. I was pray that UPS will getting busy I always beg for double shifts but my car broke down cost me alot and I found out my driver's licence already expired for 2 yrs. I have no friend or family near me. I tried seek help on programs like 2-1-1 org. and most are phone numbers that I repeat sent texts seek help and many websites said must have valid driver's licence. section 8 and housing websites said always full and long list waiting. I also learned that homeless shelter require valid ID. I now all lost in my hopeless. I am angry for be deaf in 2025 as many Fraud crime cause all contact into automatic voice and AI as I now become ghost and invisible. I did contact Deaf Action Center but they didn't response to me. I fear that I may will eviction from home after July 3. I tried contact churches but no response to me and some require valid ID. I now thought I should post here first time to see if I will get some miracles. I am at Grapevine, TX. I sort of blame on fraud for make all system full and lock out. I am do my best seek help.
