Why does Judge Collins hate America?

Do you think Ashcroft will appeal?

Do you think Judge Collins will be attacked as a 'liberal'?

My first reaction to the article is this particular section is not especially important anyway, and was ruled unconstitutional on the basis of vagueness rather than actual content.

Appeal
I hope Asscroft appeals. The part that is most unconstitutional needs to be addressed and thrown out. Detaining people with no arrest, no court order, no habeous corpus, no rights, no Attorney.

Just an aside:
the Patriot Act is now online in an HTML Version as well:
Report to Congress on Implementation of Section 1001 of the USA PATRIOT Act
