I pass no judgements and make no criticisms. I'm just slightly taken aback that otherwise apparently sane and even quite intelligent people e.g. yourself would bother with tripe like that. But, then again, as I've never been tempted to watch it myself, who am I to call it 'tripe'? (Never seen a single episode of Idol either. I used to hate Ted Mack's Original Amateur Hour and Arthur Godfrey's talent shows as well. Just a curmudgeon, I guess.)
