I have saved up enough money for a new cellphone and i'm having trouble choosing, i looked at blackberry and android and i can't choose. I would love to get the new bold 9900, it looks really worth it, but the blackberry app store is somewhat crippled in comparison to androids or apples. Please make suggestions and why you recommend a phone.

Just found this old post and wanted to give you an answer.
Between Android and Blackberry I'd pick Android. I think there is a decent chance Blackberries will die off (or come very close to it) in the next 5 years.
Right now it's very clearly a race between iOS and Android with Windows Phone being the only wild card with a shot at meaningful market share.

I recommend you to go for Android because every time it is updated with new version and better quality.
