Don't be such a simpleton. They are not a homogeneous people and many Turks look quite different from each other. They come originally from North East or Central Asia and travelled to Europe over many generations. Look at the ethnic mix of Great Britain. Many different waves of immigration over thousands of years. Yet on racial grounds people are willing to say that the English, for example, are without question one people. Why? Because for many racially motivated people the deciding factor is not language or culture or even genes; it's skin colour. Some even many Turks are white, accept it. And Muslims? Please Islam is a religion not an ethnic descriptor. Many Arabs and Iranians are white Caucasians even some Iraqis for that matter. Does that make them better people?
