Do you think it's immoral to step on bugs?

Where do u draw the line,
on killing lower forms of life ?

How about dogs or cats or liberals ?

I 1ce saw the chauffeur of a limosine drive right over a pigeon.
It hit him directly. It made a noise, like *splat*!
I was enraged. It took me a few hours to calm down.
It was a hit and run; he kept on driving, so there was no discussion.
I entertained thawts of him arriving at a painful end.

I tend not to intentionally attack lower forms of life, except in self defense.

If you assume as I do that most demoKKKrats get reincarnated as cockroaches, then the idea of stepping on them shouldn''t bother you.

I look upon small animals (or any size)
as sentient beings, each with his own mind and probably his own personality.

To my mind, it remains strange n alien
that some people deem animals to be "things",
so much so that thay twist the English language
away from gender pronouns, to one of neuter gender ( "it" ) even when that is biologically impossible.

I sometimes swat a bug and feel a bit bad about doing so, but not because of some moral qualm. I most often put bugs outside rather than kill them, but it seems that my motives reflect a degree of "empathy" for them--especially when they find themselves in my toilet.

@Wylie,
Other than human, no other animals would have worried about such a thing. This is what "Intelligence" brings you, permanent anxiety. In times like this, I would rather be a lion or a tiger, just hunt, devour, and sleep like a baby.
