Nonsense. Israel's Labor governments negotiated in good faith.
Israel doesn't have a Labor government right now of course, but that is only because the Israeli voters understand that the Palestinians refuse to make peace.
If you want serious negotiations again, get the Palestinians to make peace, then show the Israeli voters that the Palestinians are finally willing to be peaceful. If that happens, you'll get a Labor government and good faith negotiations again.
But good luck getting the Palestinians to be peaceful.
