Where would the most expensive houses be located in Miami? Just wondering after watching a movie.

Haven't lived there since 1962, but my money would still be on Baypoint, one of the early gated communities. There are/were some dandies in Biscayne Bay and Key Biscayne, but I don't think they are really a part of Miami.
