Our comments are not meant to be taken in deadly earnest.

They are simply affectionate responses to an established A2Ker who's been missing for some time.

And they are perfectly attuned to the relationship we've had with this particular A2Ker in the past.

You weren't here at that time so you wouldn't know.

Why are you making some big deal about something which is really simple ... the affection felt between people who have enjoyed each others online communications a lot in the past?

Yes and no. Hardly any emotional attachment to London, but really sad to leave all my friends behind
