@Lash,
the new plant belgian ale isn't bad.

the brown nut ale is too dark and bitter for me...

is Omission the one that takes the gluten out of regular beer?

@Gargamel,
Reading up, but wanted to say I'm making a veggie GF lasagne this afternoon. No noodles (because I really can't stand the taste of most GF noodles). Using very thin slices of zucchini and squash instead. Will let other sadiomasochists know how this turns out. Smile Also making GF muffins from pulp in my juicer. Going to try to sweeten with yoghurt since my honey is a crutch. Experimental stuff today. Meh!

Hey Rock. I'll try to share good finds. Saw you were looking for a pie crust - I have a Wholly Wholesome GF pie crust. Guess it came from Whole Foods? based on the name. It's been in the freezer for a while.

Ever find a tasty beer? -- since your last installment. The Omission does extract gluten. I'm hearing it's not considered bona fide gluten free by some.

Here is Gluten Dude's expose. http://glutendude.com/alcohol/is-omission-beer-really-risk-free-for-celiacs/

@tsarstepan,
Tonight, I ate two pumpkin spice cookies (gluten-free/vegan). Guess what? I didn't die. In fact, they were the first gluten-free/vegan pastries I ever truly enjoyed.

M. Night Shyamalan twist. I indeed did fact die after consuming those gluten-free cookies. I've been haunting a2k unknowingly for years since. Just found out the truth.
