Reading up, but wanted to say I'm making a veggie GF lasagne this afternoon. No noodles (because I really can't stand the taste of most GF noodles). Using very thin slices of zucchini and squash instead. Will let other sadiomasochists know how this turns out.
Also making GF muffins from pulp in my juicer. Going to try to sweeten with yoghurt since my honey is a crutch. Experimental stuff today. Meh!
