Hello guys,
Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about optimum nutrition's whey protein not having the correct info??? I was told by a colleague that it has more carbs and less protein than it says. I have been having a hard time getting into ketosis which usually isn't a problem for me and i have been having about 2 shakes a day, which should only be about 8 carbs according to the label.

Thank you,
Reid Wilson.
