@Whitmofomonkysmugla2,
I can't find a sun
in this land of cloud and fog.
But it's nice and cool.

@Whitmofomonkysmugla2,
I can't find a sun,
The day is shrouded in fog,
Like an old spy film

I am searching for answers
that I can not find

@firefly,
Like an old spy film,
Colour follows her leaving.
I am monochrome.

@iamsam82,
I am monochrome
On a planet that is not
I do not fit in

@Whitmofomonkysmugla2,
Yes you do fit in
On this planet that is hot
Keep on keeping on

@reasoning logic,
"Keep on keeping on..."
I can take all the despair -
It's hope I can't stand.

@iamsam82,
This world is your stage

@spendius,

It would not be hard
If Spendius only had a brain
He'd know that he's wrong

@spendius,
reasoning logic, your Haiku must begin with the last line used by the preceding poster.

As he goes along,
What he learns changes his mind,
New ideas are born

@firefly,
New ideas are born
It's ideas that make me
thanks for ideas

Thank you for letting me know! Smile I did not know but I do now!

How many syllables does the word idea have? Laughing

I'm not sure what you mean by "word idea".

It goes by the number of syllables in each line.
5
7
5

So, let's take your last Haiku...
New ideas are born--this line has 5 syllables
It's ideas that make me--this line has only 6--it should have 7
thanks for ideas--this line has only 4--it should have 5

Do, you understand, now?

Do you see anything wrong with the latter part?

@reasoning logic,
I'm continuing from your Haiku, reasoning logic, but I added another word to your last line so it would have 5 syllables.

Thanks for your ideas,
You've been a very big help
And I owe you one
