RELIGION AND GOVERNMENT...

What could come of government, if it were to be solely based upon principles of religious doctrine-
Why not worship a fetish, an inanimate object endowed with religious veneration or other metaphysical substance, or if we were to provide daily homage to an innocuous block of gold- or other substance.
Is not religion a powerful means for controlling and causing large masses of human beings to conform to a single mentality, without much thought or force involved?
How progressive could our government be if it were to simply indoctrinate millions of people and drive development through varying this religion and captivating these masses- let us cease attempting to reform the olden days' architecture and begin to realize that multiple mediums may be reasonable in order develop a sustainable government in which no individual supremacy, oligarchy, democracy, dictatorship, anarchy etc; would be involved- religious formulas which, depending on the corroboration of the facts present in the religion, could uphold a controlling government as individuals would follow such a religion and there would be no need to suppress uprisings and revolt where everyone would find the religion to be adequate, perfect, and allowing them to thrive seemingly unattended or dictated by exterior forces- allow the masses to feel incorporated in their government to such an extent that their ostensible and tacit pleasure and felicity will be the self-sustaining factor- we must calibrate such systems where the failure of humanity, human vice, is not taken into account, and rather, it is discounted and removed.
