I'm sure all would say they are acting in defence of their governments. Interestingly enough, Azerdbaijian and Uszbekhistan, as well as Kazakhstan, anotehr big tiome offender,are members of the "Coalition of the willing." So much for the US' concern for human rights. Those of us who haven't publicly advocated genocide as being a "positive thing for those involved" find the US' support of these regimes disgusting.
