if phone records are supposed to be public why cant i find the owner of a landline number...
can anyone help me find the owner.

might be an unlisted number, you can pay to keep your number private

yeah well, I dont think thats the case because the sites that want you to pay can find them. Im trying to find a free one

don't know about pay sites, but i tried quite a few ways on Canada 411 to find someone only to find out their number was unlisted, i've never had trouble finding a listed number
