@revelette,
Non muslims do not qualify by default as Christians. Lame and pathetic regarding your source. You're out of your league.

@Renaldo Dubois,
I said they were not necessarily Christians and the source has sources backing it up, starting on page 18.

@revelette,
I asked you for the stats on CHRISTIAN terror attacks since 9/11. If you can't find any, it's far better to be silent than to look desparate and dishonest. Your site is just a bit biased. Why would you use a pro muslim site? How old are you?

@Renaldo Dubois,
Don't confuse me with facts that disagree with my conclusions, right Boobie!

Fascinating revelette--thanks for showing that acts of terror aren't cloistered to the single dogma of Islam. That killing in 'gawds name' is just business as usual for fanatics of all stripes.

Maybe the thread is not asking the right question. Maybe the question should be "Are you against fill in blank Sharia Law?

@parados,
The KKK uses misguided Xtian dogma to jutify their hatred and acts of violence too.

@Renaldo Dubois,
It had some stats of Christians but also of other non Muslim groups I felt relevant to the discussion in general. Moreover, all the facts are backed up by sources which can be checked out which would make accusations of being bias moot.

@raprap,
10 seconds was quite sufficient rap. Anybody who can't see a life insurance salesman in 10 seconds is physiognomically blind.

As if him or Mr Falwell have anything to do with anything outside of promoting themselves. The Christian Way (Sharia) condemns such behaviour unequivocally. The fake good Samaritan who is calling the Christian Way to his aid is not to be confused with the real thing however attractive and convenient such a confusion might be in the heat of the unthinking moment.

@spendius,
In a perfect world I agree--but religion involves money and power in this society and that corrupts even the pious.

BTW reverend Ike had a kick ass choir--the choir alone made watching worth while.

Some very loose interpretations around here on what exactly a Christian is. Funny stuff. I have always found it interesting that the left keeps demonizing Christians while ignoring the glaring problem with world-wide Islamic terror.

Ignorance gone to seed.

Still continuing with the 'my gawd can beat up your gawd' conclusion regardless of evidence to the opposite right, Bubby. I find it interesting that 'liberal bashing' is the most common refuge of limited thought.

@raprap,
Your attempt at convincing rational Americans that Christian terrorism is equal to the problem of Islamic terrorism across this planet is hilarious. You keep going with that.

@Renaldo Dubois,
Whatever.

I wasn't focusing on Christians in particular but on non Muslims in general to make the point that since 9/11 more non Muslims have either been in the planning stages or have carried out terrorist plots than have Muslims. Since you didn't like that source even though it was thoroughly backed up with sources, here is one from the Homeland Security Newswire.

Quote:
A new report found that the number of American Muslims involved in terrorist acts dropped by more than half compared to 2009; in 2010 twenty American Muslims were arrested for terrorism, down from 2009's peak of forty-seven; in 2010 there were more than twenty plots by non-Muslims compared to the ten Muslim Americans arrested for domestic plots; the report supports the argument that fears of domestic radicalization are exaggerated, and was released after the American woman calling herself "Jihad Jane" pled guilty to recruiting terrorists to kill a Swedish cartoonist; Representative Peter King is preparing for domestic radicalization hearings in the House's Homeland Security committee.

A new report found that the number of American Muslims involved in terrorist acts dropped by more than half compared to 2009. It also revealed that more non-Muslim Americans were involved in terrorist plots than Muslim Americans.

The study, conducted by the Triangle Center on Terrorism and Homeland Security at Duke University, showed that last year twenty American Muslims had been arrested on charges of terrorism, down sharply from 2009’s peak of forty-seven.The spike in 2009, which has raised fears of increasing domestic radicalization, was largely an aberration due to the arrest of a group of seventeen Somali-Americans who had joined al-Shabaab in Somalia.

The number of plots by Muslim Americans against domestic targets dropped from eighteen in 2009 to ten in 2010.

Last year there were more than twenty plots by non-Muslims including Joseph Stack who crashed an airplane into an IRS building in Texas.

@revelette,
You are limiting your research to America. We have a world-wide problem with terrorism so I think it would be more honest to look at the total entire problem we have. Do you have any states on that?

Just pointing out that your attempts at washing all of Islam as the religion of terror is fallacious.
