The Ghosts Of Christmas Past?

I know political memories are incredibly short, but does anyone recall those heady Christmasses of yesteryear, under Bill Clinton and his predecessors when there were no endless threats of domestic and international terrorism, when the economy was in surplus, when more folks had jobs and most of us were a heck of a lot happier?

Incredible what a difference to 'Peace On Earth And Goodwill To All Men' the wrong Administration can make?

You mean back when Bill was pissing on the world with his foreign affairs and pissing on America with his extra marital affairs?

Or was it the time when Bin Laden attacked us the previous two times during Clintons presidency?

Or the time he sent a bunch of cruise missiles out to deflect the investigation that was going on?

Aaahhh, yes, the good ol' days!
