do questions and answers produce energy and heat that can be exchangeable between people that might affect on ones dreams at night , thoughts and doing homeworks?
I'm serious.

I'll go along with that to a certain extent . . . you're seriously goofy. There are quite a few reasons people start discussions--they have a political or religious hobby horse they wish to ride; something has struck them as odd and they want to know how others see it; they are outraged by something; they are amused by somthing; they are operating under the delusion that we are here to do their homework for them; they are idle and have nothing better to do.

Your English is appallingly bad. It makes what you write less than coherent. Until you improve on that, i suggest that you frame each question separately, in a separate sentence. It might help others to understand what you're getting at.

@Setanta,
A typical thread generates approximately 5000 BTU's per fortnight. So your answer to the guy that started this thread is "Somewhat?"

@farmerman,
Course you can generate the approximate same amount of BTUs with a generous helping of Bush's Pork and Beans

I think you are referring to the nervous anxiety that unexpected answers to one's questions can create. Hearing different points of view takes you out of your comfort zone, knocking out assumptions about the world. When you try to describe the anxiety and confusion we collectively feel upon realising we are not all in agreement about everything, "energy" can serve as a useful metaphor. The greater the diversity of viewpoints you bring together in one place, the more "energy" there is in debates.

But of course, "energy" is nothing more than a metaphor in this context; it won't power a car.

Any emotional experience can affect the rest of your life, as well as the content of your dreams, so of course the answer to your question is "yes".

Certainly discussions in this forum can generate a number of different emotions that will affect one's state of mind, and thus one's thoughts, one's concentration (homework), and quite possibly one's dreams.

Do you mean literal energy and heat? I doubt any measurable amounts are produced.

Why the question? Homework assignment?
