So I'm not the only one thinking along these lines. We have an ask the bigwigs type of thing and some one in our division did ask the question about how "upstairs" has had a major facelift.
Their claim - we have cleaned the carpets and replaced damaged and mismatched chairs; eliminated an unsightly hole in the middle of the floor. Wow - they get a major facelift and we get needed repairs.
However, they did say they plan to replace the carpet and paint - but they don't have actual dates yet. What are our chances?
