Unless this happens in a nudist colony, when he looks up a little bit higher,
he will see either the cloth of underwear
or (if at the beach or swimming pool) a bathing suit.
To me, that seems unrewarding; pointless.
I had this happen to me, in a professional context
in the 1980s, to wit:
I was representing defendant corporation
in a personal injury negligence case,
wherein plaintiff alleged scarring.
The paradigm for handling, evaluating this
was thru medical doctors and their reports,
and plaintiffs' lawyers sent pictures of the
alleged scarring for which compensation was sought.
In one case, plaintiff tried to settle the case
during pre-trial depositions. Plaintiff begged,
and entreated me that I settle then n there,
because of her financial urgency.
Doing that was a little unusual.
Pictures of alleged scarring had not been forthcoming.
Scarring hi on the leg, as aforesaid.
I said "OK, let's see the scar."
She wanted us to go into hiding in a private room
for this, and seemed ill at ease, and
said so.
I thawt this was odd; I pointed out that no scarring,
nor any injury was alleged to her sexual organs
so thay were
not involved in this examination.
I pointed out that if she were at the beach,
in an ordinary bathing suit the same as 100s of girls,
nothing odd woud be thawt of it.
She simply said that she felt funny about it,
showed me the top of her leg with scar
and we settled the case.
I did not see that as any big deal whatsoever.
I think everyone in America has already seen
the tops of girls' legs; this is
not erotic, nor extraordinary. I don't get the point.
