This Merlin character is sure doing the business. Very Happy

BLT #23 "Harry replies, "a reference book." Cool

BLT#23 A dictionary - ?'end' is in the first half of a dictionary, ?'preface' in the second half, ?'epilogue' precedes ?'foreword' etc.

BLT #24 "I would guess that the snow did not have any tire tracks. Or that parking spaces showed where people had parked. Cool

BLT#24 It had been snowing and there were many more than 10 patches of clear tarmac in sight.

Your name will forever be linked to the answers.

(BLT#25) Harry the Great's Achilles heel
It's hard to believe I know, but Harry is the strongest man in the world. Calling himself Harry The Great, he won the title in 2000 and has held it ever since. His speciality is lifting heavy weights above his head and holding them there longer than anyone else can.

One day, his friend Cyril asks him, "What's the most difficult thing you've ever held, Harry?"
Harry replies, "There is one thing that weighs almost nothing yet I always find it impossible to hold for more than a few minutes."

What is it Question

(BLT#26) The sauna murder mystery
Harry and his 3 friends Hak, Benny and Oz were members of their local health and fitness club. But as you would have guessed, they didn't exert themselves much at the club - maybe a game of cards or a short swim.

One day all four of them went for a session in the sauna. They got undressed and entered the empty steam room. Harry had brought his latest (and expensive) Sony walkman with him, Benny had brought his solid silver thermos flask with him, whilst Hak and Oz had brought books to read. 15 minutes after they had entered the steam-filled room, a loud cry of pain was heard.

Immediately, the manager came in to investigate and found one of Harry's friends dead. He immediately barred anyone from entering or leaving the room and called the police. When the police arrived, they discovered that the man had died from a stab wound to the chest. Yet all they found in the sauna were the body (of course), Harry and his 2 remaining friends, 2 books, an empty thermos flask and a walkman.

They could not find any weapon and they confirmed that no one else had entered or left the steam room since the murder.

What happened Question

Help! The evil Ork has imprisoned Harry. His only chance of escape is to build up his magic powers by answering a series of questions. For each five correct answers, he receives one power key. When he has enough keys he can start to unlock the secrets of the tower. Unfortunately, Harry is not very bright and these are the questions he cannot answer. Can you assist him gain his freedom?

BLT #25

Having stated earlier that Harry is a chatterbox, I would venture that the answer is his tongue.

BLT #26

"Is this a dagger I see before me?" No, an icicle.

Is this a vocabulary test?

Spelunking = Caving

The father offers his left arm to the bride.

uttering = speaking... death threats?

Needle and thread.

Canada - Moose?

Donna

Acid rain

No idea about the clothing care.

Red?

The ones I know off the top of my head:

In Alice In Wonderland which creature smokes a hookah : Caterpillar

Is a lippizaner a breed of cow, horse, pig or sheep? Horse

At night they come out without being fetched,
And by day they are lost without being stolen.

Stars (although bedbugs might work, too)

You are a baseball player and trapped in a room made of cement, with four walls, a ceiling, floor, no windows nor doors, holes are scarce, and all you have is a box of matches, and a small stuffed dingo.

Yell, "the dingo ate my baby!" and wait for the local news crew.

Yell, "the dingo ate my baby!" and wait for the local news crew. Shocked

Although I like that answer, and I am sure the media interest would be there, it would still leave Harry trapped inside and the crew on the other. Still, it dose prove you are no pro ball player.

Anyone from the FBI about?
Mr Clark was found dead in his study by Harry, who told of his discovery to the police.

"I was walking by Mr. Clarks house when I thought I would just pop in for a visit. I noticed his study light was on and I decided to peek in from the outside to see if he was in there. There was frost on the window, so I had to wipe it away to see inside. That is when I saw his body. Therefore, I kicked in the front door to confirm my suspicions of foul play. I called the police immediately afterward."

The officer immediately arrested Harry for the murder of Mr. Clark. How did he know Harry was lying Question

This one is pure logic, so easy when you know.
