this sounds awfully like a riddle i posted...
Put the object in and lock it and send it to Stormy. She then puts her own lock on it and sends it back to you. You take your lock off and send it to her once again. Now she can unlock it.

The (mythical) country where I live just changed its phone number system from one which used a certain number of digits, to using one digit more. All are integers.

I noticed that previously, if I looked at all possible phone numbers, just under half contained at least one 3. Now, just over half of all possible numbers contain at least one 3.

My new number is the smallest possible prime with all-different digits and no 3 in it.
