Mark and Try are playing rock paper scissors. It is presumed the game doesn't involve strategy. If they are playing 'best of 3', and Mark wins the first round, what are the odds that Try will win the game Question

Go Try!

ROCK PAPER SCISSORS
[size=7]The sad truth is that only Try presumed the game doesn't involve strategy. Mark, on the other hand, had a winning strategy all mapped out. However, to make Try think he had a chance, Mark let him win the second round before taking the third and the grand prize (an evening with the A2K babe of his choice).

Had Mark made the same presumption, Try would have had a 1/4 chance of winning.

Good morning one and all. When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandpa did; in his sleep ….. not screaming, like the passengers in his car. That's the real trouble with reality, there's no background music.

I wait all week for wicked Wednesday to arrive, then I take this long to make bail! If you think things can't get any worse; it's probably only because you lack sufficient imagination.

Due to a good harvest this year we have tons of cereal left over, so in an effort to launch a new brand on the market I decided to try something different:

A bushel of breakfast cereal is fired vertically upward from a cannon with an initial velocity of V1 m/s. At time t the height of the cereal is h=V1t - 16t^2. If the greatest height is reached is 100m, what is V1 Question

I have to post this again as it makes me smile every time I see it.
