Lately, I am noticing something peculiar. When I write something that has an apostrophe on A2K, the print comes out with a backslash. I thought that I had done it by mistake. I attempted to edit it out, and ended up with two back slashes. For instance, aren't, don't, etc.
Why is this happening?
@Phoenix32890,
I think it has to due with your blue hair.
@dyslexia,
That's funny, but she doesn't LOOK Blue-ish.
It is because of the philosophy forum members. The number of slashes indicate the degree of correspondence between premise and conclusion.
@Phoenix32890,
You gave Francis the ribbon for selected answer?
Look, all I want is to dance around a burning witch....now clearly it is the fault of witches....who's with me ??
okay, now it was d'oing i't for m'e way ea'rly th'is morning, when nobody else w'as u'p to notic'e, exc'ept i'onus who's on th'e other sid'e of tghe wor'ld, so I ha'd no idea wh'at was go'ing on or why, but figured I'd probably hit some ungodly combination o'f kjeystrokes which turned the d'amned thing on', and I had no idea what it c'ould have b'een, but ionus's reply did'n't have th'e backslashes'' in i't', so maybe with luck it's gone. This' 'is my test post.
oh, good, it's gone. sorry, ionus, the witches willhave to wait.
