Why do people in England make such a fuss over a little bit of snow?

@MatthewB7621,
Sometimes no matter how careful you are, you cannot account for the other ill-prepared driver. Nothing is more frustrating than being in your car, feeling anxiety, with the anticipation of watching an out-of-control driver about to plow into you. Sometimes you can't get out of their way.

So it's best not to be out unless it's life threatening emergency. Some people just don't get that concept. Stay off the roads unless you HAVE to go out! Buying beer is just not a good reason or an emergency.
