You dummies who are out in the cold crowded stores. I sat at my desk (while getting paid for work) and bought a lightening deal on amazon.
This was the best deal (other than best buy which had it for the same price and only had 10 per store) - included free shipping. And all from the comfort of my desk!
You do not wear gloating well.
@gustavratzenhofer,
You're just jealous - you spent all night and morning waiting in line at Ocean Job Lot (or whatta ever the heck it is called) just to be first to get the best deal on lawn chairs - only to find out they only carried the more expensive ones at $5.99.
I have not purchased a lawn chair since the early part of '73 and it was not a particularly remarkable deal that would send family members or internet friends clamoring, but even if it was, I would not crow about it. I am so very ashamed of your right now, Linkat...... so very ashamed
@gustavratzenhofer,
Well then you should be even more ashamed of your good friend Chai - just look at her gloating!

Chai has diplomatic immunity. How DARE you drag her into this mess!
This is getting ugly in a hurry.
@gustavratzenhofer,
And afterall - this is what I purchased off of amazon
And it was supposed to be a Christmas surprise for you. Now you have ruined it.
A decorated Mouse Pad with Capybara.
I don't think you are being entirely truthful with me, linkat. I suspect you were not going to buy me anything , and then I just happened along and you made up this whole charade. I feel violated, link (can I call you link?) and I may take some time to compose myself and consider our friendship. Is it still alive?
@gustavratzenhofer,
You must call me Mrs. Link! I may be able to forgive - I think you only feel violated because of your recent pat down flying incident. I may have to rescind that wonderful gift I searched high and low for you.
Mrs. Linkat, I am sorry that I was so harsh with you and I will accept your present with humble gratitude.
(If I keep working her, I am going to get laid, and Mr Linkat will be none the wiser)
speaking cyberly, of course. Is cyberly a word? It should be.
@gustavratzenhofer,
Ok hope you enjoy it - and now you can always think of me when on the computer.
