What if land taxes were lowered and production were made...?

I was wondering; What if land taxes were lowered and agricultural production made more efficient and natural in a sequential curve(mathematically speaking) towards equilibrium? When I say natural, I mean doing nothing more than giving nature what nature likes through applied allied efforts of earth sciences.

I have futher questions, but I will leave it at this....
