I have heard of used car salesmen stuffing cheese and sawdust into defective transmissions.

@dyslexia,
This is Mame here, visiting Izzie - I say give her something to complain about - give her some really stinky stuff! And then tell her to go home. Yeah.

@dyslexia,
I am envious that you got to meet dlowan and I didn't.

Still, you have done us all a favor in revealing dlowan's dark side. She has been hiding behind that cute little bunny picture for too long.

There is NOTHING "cute" about my avatar. Believe me. Or about me.

@dlowan,
it's a cow cheese... a designated cheese from the alpine reaches of italy, aka, Asiago; there are facsimiles, but I've never seen one made out of goats' milk.

@ossobuco,
Aint nobody gettin outa here without eatin some a this aged ASIAGO.
Wisconsin Asiago Fresca sucks. Its a poor version of Provolone . WHile and Aged Asiago is some of the best tasting cheese around,

OOH OOH , I also really love Daffinois, its an industrial made brie that they , somehow violate the laws of physics and time in order to stuff all that creamy taste and texture into a small round covered with the mildest of dfungal growth. Daffinois on a triscuit , with the teeniest droplet of tabasco .

@farmerman,
I liked real parmigiano (cow) in Parma, hey hey, and I liked fresh pecorino - a sheep milk cheese - (fresh you can't get here that I know of), in Tuscany, and, sorry Dlowan, Cypress Grove goat cheese (highly prized) when I was in Humboldt County -- but dammit, I can't spring the money for good cheeses these days, including some of the nice mexican cheeses we have here in NM. I'm down to once in a while picking up a nice small bit of blue cheese. Good on wasa crackers or my latest thing, Kavli 5 grain. That daffinois sounds delicious..
