Can you please tell me how "TSL" would be written in Hebrew? The "S" is an "Sc." Would it be tav samech lamed or lamed samech tav? Also, do you place gershayim between each letter? Is nikkud used?

I think you're right that we'd read it in English like lamed, samech, tav. Not sure whether you need the dots (nikkud) or quote marks (gershayim).
