Is it possible to wash the Swiffer Duster after you've used it several times?

I Googled it and saw that others have done it and posted that they had good results.

Was it the hand-held duster or the floor mop?

So far it looks like the dusters will take at least 2 washes.
My poodle finds the dusters to be a fun toy...
