How do I properly set my dryer to tumble dry low?

Hi. Here is a link to a pic of the knob on my dryer:

I have some cotton t-shirts that say "tumble dry low" on their tags. How do I properly set my dryer to tumble dry low?

I do not want to mess my shirts up. Cotton shrinks.

Please help- thank you.

You could use the fluff air setting. No heat and won't shrink the fabric or melt any logos. Then, place on a non-metal hanger and hang freely on a shower curtain rod to guarantee dryness
