i have to manage my work related problems .my work situation is that much not pleasant. but i have to continue. how i can convince my boss.he is not much interested in my growth

You'll need to give us more than that to go on.
Your boss's obligation is to the company. He is probably under a lot of pressure. Don't expect him/her to nurture or mentor you.
Some people are lucky to work for a boss that will mentor them and encourage them, but don't count on that.
Your job is to carry out your work under his/her supervision. Do a good job and perhaps he/she will notice and help you along.
