What is the use for 'Report' when I am done asking a question?

It's not used for that. It's used if you see Spam on the site, to let the Moderators know so that we can get rid of it.

BTW do you know how to change my profile? My profile has nothing.

Please don't report each of your questions! The report button is for reporting spam.

Click on My Profile at the bottom of the page (in the dark blue band), then you can add to your profile or change it.

Go to your user profile page. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on My Profile.

From here, you will be able to access and add text plus to the text boxes for your profile page, your signature, location, occupation, etc....
