I'm guessing it's Latin. I'm a bit curious if I guessed that right, and of course of the translation to English. THANKS.

This seems a version of lorem lipsum, a placeholder latin text often used by publishers. See the Wikipedia article by that name.

Looks like "lorem ipsum" text to me.
That's dummy text used as filler by typesetters.
