Okay..I'm 14 years old and live in Texas. My dream is to become a famous actress, in Movies/TV. I know I can act, because I fool around with my friends. I'm going into high school and going to take theater arts and get experience in my case. Then earn money to go to Hollywood, L.A. and go to college over there or just take acting classes and get an agent.
This is what I plan to do to reach my goal.
But if I do this I will have to leave my family here. I would tell them that I'm going to move and come visit them when I get my career going and earn money.
The main thing is that, Is this a good way to start off my dream. Or do you have any other thoughts on how I can reach my dream.
And should I go to college or acting classes?
Because some famous actresses didn't go to college.

Those days of not going to school are gone. What are you going to do if things don't work out, beg in the fashionable Hollywood clothing stores? There are thousands of people trying to get a career started in Hollywood and they have to take crappy jobs like digging ditches - Clint Eastwood did; handling cattle, Gary Cooper did; being a carpenter like Harrison Ford before becoming famous. You need skills to fall back on to make a living. You need to get into plays and theater, learn dancing, singing, playing a musical instrument and memorizing lines. to increase your chances of getting a role. Your good looks will get doors opened but if you can't memorize lines you will only be window dressing. Take acting lessons.
