Should I apply for French agents if I’m an English speaking actress living in france

Hello to everyone! Ive recently moved from France to start my acting career. (why France and not UK or USA because it was the only country that would give me an international access to the industry and not being as expensive to live in. I’m just 18 so gotta think this way through) but anyways. I’m fluent in English and my ultimate goal is to become an actress in English speaking market. As I am currently in Paris I was wondering is it even possible to find a good decent agent (Im not talking about the best agencies) in France but with an access to a international English speaking projects. I know that right now there are a lot of films and tv shows are filmed in Europe even if they are American/english. so my question is : is it even possible? I’m just starting out Ive studied in an arts school but you can consider me an aspiring emerging actress, but everyone starts at some point one day. please give me you’re honest opinoon, im highly motivated and determined but still scared as I left my home trying to build a career
