Do you see Pitts crying tears if it was white attackers being charge in a similar manner for attacking a black kid?

In this case Pitts and a large part of the civil right movement acted the same as a local branch of the KKK would had if the situation had been reverse.

The only thing different is that the marchers for the Jena 6 was not wearing white hoods.

I don't see any reason to argue your hypotheticals.

Pitts complained that the charges were overblown for what really happened.
Prosecutor, trial judge and appeals court all agreed with Pitts.

You can try to change facts to race all you want. The simple fact remains, Pitt was right about the charges against the kids and the legal system agreed with Pitts.

Ok, this is the end and it it no big deal when black racists attack a white kid for reason other then color alone.

It is no problem when the civil right movement march into a small mainly white community with many times the numbers of the total population of the town to made damn sure the attackers would only get a slap on their wrists.

And you would have no problem if the color was reversed and the KKK did a similar march into a black community in the defend of white racist attackers.

And a white writer who call for letting the white attackers off with a slap on the wrist and support the KKK march you would also have no problem with either.

What evidence do you have that the marchers affected the legal process. The prosecutor, trial judge and appeals court still all threw out charges. Are you arguing they were all intimidated by marchers?
