I have never met a lawyer who knew law, nor a judge who knew judgment.
If you are claiming that you have, that is indeed strange.
If you take the time to do the reasearch, you will not even find a concenes among so called linguist on what a simple sentence is. If that is not yet a standard, how can you say that either judgment or law is understood?

And, everything I say is in layman's terms, you have examples of them in your daily life. If you cannot comprehend what is in front of your face, what matters which words I use?

Skill of lawyers and judges vs emotion are 2 different things.

And if you actually find rationallity and intelligence in your life, please use it, you sorely need it.
