What's your plan to accomplish that goal?

We need more than that to start a discussion.

That sounds like a good goal but before we lower taxes I think we need to try to lower our national debt. Since part of the cost of government is interest paid on the debt we must include this as part of any plan for lowering government expenses. When we have paid off the debt or at least drastically reduced it that will be the time for lowering taxes.
