@Sabz5150,
Wow, look at that!!!

U.S. plan to save Fannie and Freddie - Jul. 13, 2008

We'll be expected to pay for it, of course.

But a taxpayer bailout would be MARXIST. It would be SOCIALISM.

@Sabz5150,
freddie and fannie both claim they don't need it.

once again, like oil, it's based entirely on unfounded speculation.

Four bucks a gallon aint no goddamn unfounded speculation.

I don't care if they claim not to need money or not, the gov't is right there with OUR money (yours and mine) ready to bail these bastards out.

Why does MY money need to pay for THEIR screwups? AGAIN.

And why do the people who call universal healthcare "marxist" and "socialist" simply ho-hum about corporate welfare and bailouts?

Because most people do not care. Any thing involving the financial market and people are just dumb founded. They think that they HAVE to be saved so the whole country does not explode and we all die a very slow and painful death.

They don't care that an irresponsible industry is basically being a welfare queen and swiping our money for their own greed (remember what JP did with THEIR bailout money), but universal healthcare is "socialist"?
