China bans television ads

For once I like what China is doing but not the way it is doing it. I am not suggesting any Nation use it's power in this fashion.

Because of this I shall only list the link to my local newspaper. The capital Journal.

OK that sounds great. Some boards set rules about that. I'm to tired right now to re read the rules.
