Sort of sounds a bit like it's not fully in context, since the video does not make it clear who or what he's talking about. I haven't seen everything, so as far as I know, it seems misleading.

Sounds like he is talking about immigrants, since he ends it with become a citizen. Unfortunately, he is ALL about authoritarian control of the masses, mostly through fearmongering.

A one issue candidate can only captivate the masses for so long. I think most have realized he is little more than that.
