Tell me exactly how having a poor memory violates the law.
he leaked the name of a CIA member operative,are you trying to tell me libbys only crime is a poor memory lol and and dick dastardly knew nothing about it ? if he was a democrat,all you conservatives on here would be crying for his head.

Her identity was not secret. What crime was commited? No one was found guilty of the crime they were investigating?

@Silverchild79,
It is not illegal to repeat someones name that is not covert. Why didn't Fitzgerald charge someone with the crime he was investigating? Research it. No one was charged with the crime he was investigating. He was found guilty of conflicting statements. When your under oath that is a nono.

@Silverchild79,
No you haven't, if you had then you are deliberately misleading.
When Libby mentioned Plames name, was she covert? No she wasn't. For a crime to be commited according to our law, you must be covert.

@Silverchild79,
fitgerald reiterated his earlier claims that he had been unable to formulate charges against anyone in the CIA leak grand jury investigation because of the obstruction of justice by libby,i think that says it all.

@Silverchild79,
Claiming something does not make it fact. The fact that he charged no one says it all. The reason he couldn't charge any one is because no one commited the crime.
What justice did libby obstruct?
Here is a link to the law that was supposedly broken, you tell me where Libby or anyone else broke the law. FindLaw for Legal Professionals - Case Law, Federal and State Resources, Forms, and Code
Yeah....for nothing. What garbage. Any marriage between a Statement Department Foreign Service Officer and an undercover CIA operative is a total frig'n joke, nightmare-in-the-making, moving target for foreign intelligence services, and should be outlawed.Wilson and Plame are idiots.:no:

@Silverchild79,
Libby was under oath and gave conflicting storys, that is punishable by law. That crime has nothing to do with the crime that was being investigated. I didn't say libby didn't do anything wrong. I said no one was charged with the crime being investigated.
