marriage is a legal binding contract between 2 people, if one of those people makes a choice to break the contract, it is their fault 100%.

the 3rd party is irrelevant and was not sworn in on the original contract.

this is a prime example of how morals NEVER translate into law.

Wow what a waste of resources. How can you blame someone else for being a "home wrecker"? More so if the 3rd party had no knowledge of the spouse.

I personally think it's useless and unnecessary. The husband and wife are responsible if one of them cheats. They know right from wrong and are responsible for their own infidelity.

It may not pass but why the hell would they even attempt to pass such a thing? This is a complete and utter waste of time and resources. I suppose this just reflects on how Americans do not shoulder responsibility as well as they should. It is always someone else that has cause my problem.

"Oh I am sorry your Honor, I slipped and fell and it just feel inside her. I tried to get off of her but I kept slipping." That defense sounds rock solid to me if this ever does pass.

Here's my idea of a homewrecker law. "Should you find your spouse cheating, you are permitted the distribution of one (1) thorough ass-kicking to the third party and the use of one (1) boot to transport the offending spouse through the exit of the home."
