(China): Judicial darkness, so-called safeguard human rights?

In the past years, I have dedicated most of my time to appealing to relevant authorities in hoping that the dignity of law would be defended and the rights of innocent people could be protected. I lost my job and spent my saving for that and I because penniless. Now my son has got the Letter of Acceptance for his college education and I can not even afford it.

@xiayuan123,
Communism has been dying an agonizing death since the day it was born. May it die, hard, fast and forever.

@xiayuan123,
I think we have to have a communist regime here in the U.S. before it can die, or at least a mildly communist one. America's youth has never experienced the Cold War or any sort of communism, so many become socialists and communists just because it sounds nice for everyone to be that equal. They'll only give it up once they've seen its true self.

@xiayuan123,
I wonder if they can give up freedom of expression in the name of a greater good?

@xiayuan123,
There is no such thing as one pure system that works with any degree of effeciency or humanity....

Every system of government borrows from the other...

The idea that everybody is politically equal is a cornerstone of democracy, not socialism which is centered on providing the basics of material existence to everyone. It is also a cornerstone of capitalist democracy that people do not usually violently rebel if they have full bellies and clothes on their back inequality or not. If material well being is the object of your value system then government providing some it is smart because it short circuits violent rebellion almost before it begins because you don't bite the hand that feeds you unless it is something other than food thats got you angry

Soclialism is only remotely connected to communism and only in the most theoretical way. In communism the state owns everything, religion is discouraged and even banned and its theory is based on a dictatorship of the working class which everyone is BS, but it is the theory
No one would call Sweden communist yet they most certainly embrace some socialist ideas...yet they have a defacto state religion Lutheranism ...there is private property..and the state provides or provided (I understand they have changed a bit in that regard) much of the needed social and medical services the people need
Communism indeed dying but the argument between every man for himself and the helping hand of big brother has a long way to go...

However, better watch out, your government monitors EVERYTHING, including those who say anything against the government, they can catch your bus, you know, shackle your ying-yang, you know torture you with the poor students using bamboo under ones sally hanson hard-as-nails...
Yep, tis true, they even arm wrestled google or yahoo, one or the other, to get a "rebel" s identity and no one has heard of him since...

Based upon what? I think if anything, being under the current fascism has most thinking dividing the wealth would be a good thing, as opposed to having the greatest part of your tax dollars going to welfare for the wealthy.

What does this do but prove my point? You have clearly little experience with either communism or fascism (or the tax system, for that matter) to call the U.S. 'fascist'. In all communist states that have so far existed, there has arisen an oppressive government. In communism/socialism, there is still a government, which is allowed to become, through its own avarice and very extended control on all aspects of life, to become as oppressive as it wants.

The only thing our tax dollars go into that is not necessary is whatever pork the Dems have seen fit to put in the budget.

Really? Fascism is a government of the wealthy and for the wealthy? care to guess the ratio of corporate welfare to social welfare? Care to find out how many corporations get tax breaks and tax subsidies? As to extended control in your life, for the first time your government is spying on you and your financial records without the appropriate legal documentation to do it.....they have taken away your jobs and used your taxes to plant them in foreign countries (remember the "good for America" jobs Bush gave idea?) and has reduced your pay and your benefits legally, through laws which give no power to the workers, and has increased the number of uninsured working Americans to a new high.

This is not controlling your life?

@xiayuan123,
In certain circunstances these actions would be completly justifiable, but what proves that this is not such a scenario?

@xiayuan123,
China should still be called, "Red China". We should continue to be just as suspicious of it now as we were during the Cold War. It's not as inhumane as North Korea, the living-hell-rogue nation on Planet Earth, but it isn't that far behind. It's a heathen state and civilization, begging to be converted.:devilheadbang:

@xiayuan123,
Study the guerrilla warfare doctrine of Mao, and turn it against his minions. Start a Foco (military vanguard), and initiate an insurgency. Dedicate your life to damaging the Red Establishment, to the degree you can. Fight. Never quit fighting. Communism is EVIL, a blight upon humanity, a curse. Kill the curse.
