Didn't hyperlink -- you might have to store the picture at www.photobucket.com. Download it to your My Pictures, then upload to Photobucket. Then copy the address and post it using the IMG button on the reply (you are using that feature, right?)

It doesn't load for me until I copy the URL and paste it into the IE address window and hit GO. That, of course, also leads to the pic.
