SEOUL, South Korea - North Korean leader Kim Jong Il expressed regret about his country's nuclear test to a Chinese delegation and said Pyongyang would return to international nuclear talks if Washington backs off a campaign to financially isolate the country, a South Korean newspaper reported Friday.
Lol.
And who would actually believe this bs? The dummy-crats and Buble-Tweed would!
It's Iraq all over again. We pressure them and they act like they are going to cooperate. Then they just start playing games with us.
Only this time they have went to far with their test.

@BonaParte cv,
I hope that his regret is genuine, because it would help greatly in establishing a certain stability in this war infested world we live in, not to mention aid in averting future nuclear testing by any country.
