Bush doesn't lie much. He just isn't well informed, because as a Texas good old boy, he places tons of trust in his lieutenants. I think sometimes he defends, believes and trusts them too much. His loyalty over-rides his judgment, often. In some ways, he's naive. Compare him, for example, to Slicky Boy Clinton, he who always put
himself first, in every regard. He doesn't have loyalty for anyone.
