In about 2 hours , I will be at the voting booth to cast my ballot .
I hope all of you have either voted early , or are making plans to vote today . The polls are open from 7 AM till 7 PM .
You can find the correct voting place by accessing your county website , or any number of other services , including newspapers . Most will have voting precinct maps available . If you can't locate the correct place , go to any one of them and ask for directions .
Regardless of party affiliation ( or even no party ) , every registered voter should exercise his or her right and DUTY to vote today !
Whichever side you align yourself with needs your vote .
@Curmudgeon,
I'm voting. It's almost mandatory for gov employees in my organization.
@George cv,
Hello George.:wave2:
I agree, voting is our duty. :patriot:
I actually managed to get 5 people to register to vote this election.I'm glad my small town still has the paper ballot, because I'm not a big fan of electronic voting.
@Curmudgeon,
I am about to head out myself
@Curmudgeon,
I voted already.. and it felt great! Our Polling place gave us a choice of electronic or paper ballots which I thought was a great idea.
@Curmudgeon,
I just got back from voting as well. We only do paper ballots here.
@Brent cv,
If Drudge keeps reporting all the voting glitches they might exceed their band width.
@Curmudgeon,
We had the electronic machine and I don't see how anyone who can read could have problems with them .
@Curmudgeon,
Looks like a good turn out .
